Melissa's Professional Background:
For over 17 years, Melissa has consulted thousands of people from corporate CEO’s, marketing
executives, TV anchors, international athletes, and housewives. Her success as a consultant and
speaker, along with over 17 years as a professional business woman working for Fortune 100
company’s (Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, and IBM) focused in the fields of training, marketing, sales,
strategic planning, and project management, allows her to provide coaching to individuals and
professionals.  

Melissa has over 17 years speaking and conducting workshops nationally and internationally sharing
her business, parenting, and artistic knowledge with hundreds of people at a time. Melissa has been
featured on radio and television. She has an undergraduate degree in finance from Northeastern
University Boston, MA (summa cum laude), and a graduate degree in marketing from Loyola
University Chicago, IL (summa cum laude). In addition, Melissa has achieved Project Management
certification, Management certification, Sales Training Manager certification, Miller Heiman Account
Management certification, HTML certification, Hypnotherapy certification, and Reiki Master certification.

Melissa's Passion:
In Fall 2008, Melissa relocated from Chicago to Charlotte, NC with her husband and three children.
Melissa spends her personal time coaching soccer, parenting her children, writing children’s books,
baking, painting, playing guitar, exploring nature, and coming up with fun art projects. Her greatest
accomplishment is her children. They are the ones who inspire her to go after her dreams and to
make a positive difference in the world.

family and raising children in a creative loving inspirational world. She
herself has three young children that have truly helped her continue
seeing the world through a child’s eyes—pure creative imagination! In
2004, Melissa made a decision to leave her successful career in
corporate America to become a full-time mom and pursue her passion
as a speaker, author, and consultant. Today, Melissa volunteers at her
children's schools, coach’s their soccer team, coach's their tee ball
team, takes them to their extra-curricular activities, and teaches them
about the rules of life.
